Powertrain Evolution (Hybrid & Efficiency)
- Phase I (2025-2028): Fuel Optimization: Introduction of next-generation engines (Ashok Leyland & Kirloskar) optimized for BS V/TREM V emission standards and 15% better fuel efficiency under load than current models.
- Phase II (Post-2028): Hybrid Development: Aggressive R&D into electric and hybrid-assist powertrains for large combine models, offering maximum torque control in challenging wet/muddy paddy fields while dramatically reducing carbon footprint and operating costs.
Advanced Residue Management & Soil Health
- Smart SMS Integration: Developing Straw Management Systems (SMS) with variable speed control linked to crop type and residue density, ensuring optimal mulching and spreading for Zero-Tillage practices.
- ECO-Implement Focus: Expanding our Super Seeder and Mulcher portfolio to offer high-speed, precision implements that make crop residue burning economically and structurally unviable for all farmers.
Operator Experience & Safety
- Ergonomic Command Center: Next-generation AC Cabins designed with an integrated digital display, enhanced noise reduction, and superior sightlines, reducing operator fatigue during crucial 16-20 hour shifts.
- Augmented Reality (AR) Service: Piloting AR-guided service applications for VISHAL technicians and advanced owners, allowing for rapid, visual identification and repair of components using a tablet or smartphone.
